The BRT-SG-01 is a modular industrial safety fencing system for robotic work cell isolation. Constructed from high-strength wire mesh and aluminum extrusions, it provides the physical barrier required to protect personnel while allowing visual monitoring of automated processes.
The Borunte BRT-SG-01 Modular Safety Guarding System is the essential physical security layer for any industrial robot installation. To meet international safety standards ISO 10218, high-speed robotic zones must be physically isolated to prevent unauthorized entry during operation. The SG-01 system is designed for rapid assembly and maximum flexibility, featuring a series of standardized mesh panels, support posts, and access doors. The panels are constructed from heavy-duty steel wire mesh finished in high-visibility safety yellow, providing a robust impact barrier while maintaining excellent visibility for operators and supervisors. The modular frame is made from T-slot aluminum extrusions allowing for the easy integration of safety interlocks, light curtains, and operator control stations. The system includes specialized floor-anchoring brackets to ensure the fence remains rigid even in high-traffic factory environments.
