The BRT-TC-01 is an all-in-one robotic torch maintenance station featuring a high-speed reamer, wire cutter, and anti-spatter injector. Designed to maximize uptime in Borunte welding cells, it automatically cleans the torch nozzle between cycles for consistent weld quality.
The Borunte BRT-TC-01 is an essential productivity multiplier for automated welding operations. In industrial MIG/MAG welding, spatter accumulation inside the gas nozzle is the primary cause of arc instability and shielding gas turbulence. The BRT-TC-01 automates the maintenance process, allowing the robot to perform a clean and spray cycle in under 10 seconds. The station features a high-torque pneumatic reamer with a specialized blade matching the internal geometry of the welding nozzle, effectively removing hardened spatter without damaging the contact tip. Following reaming, the integrated anti-spatter injector applies a fine mist of protective fluid significantly reducing future spatter adhesion. The unit includes a high-strength wire cutter to ensure a consistent wire stick-out length for every arc start.
