Product Overview
The Borunte 4-meter robotic walking rail provides a high-precision seventh axis for articulated robots. Built with high-rigidity structural steel and precise linear guides, it significantly extends the working envelope for multi-machine tending and large-scale welding.
The Borunte BRT-Walking-Rail is the essential productivity tool for expanding the reach of 6-axis industrial robots. By adding a high-precision 7th axis, this walking rail allows the robot to move between multiple workstations, tend to long arrays of CNC machines, or weld large structural components that exceed the static arm's reach. The rail system is constructed from heavy-duty machined steel sections with integrated high-precision linear guides and rack-and-pinion drive systems. Driven by an AC servo motor synchronized directly with the robot controller, the track provides seamless coordinated movement with a repeatability of plus or minus 0.1mm. The system features integrated cable management drag chains to protect the robot's power, signal, and air lines during high-speed travel. LVH Systems sources the BRT-Walking-Rail in customizable lengths from 2 to 12 meters with specialized consultation for floor foundation requirements. Available for sourcing through LVH Systems global procurement network.
