The Borunte 6-meter robotic linear track provides a precision-machined seventh axis for articulated robots. Featuring a high-torque rack-and-pinion drive and synchronized servo control, it dramatically extends the work envelope for multi-station tending and large-format welding.

The Borunte BRT-Walking-Rail-6M is the essential infrastructure component for manufacturers looking to maximize the ROI of their 6-axis robots. In large-scale automation, a static robot is limited by its arm span. This 6-meter walking rail transforms the robot into a mobile automation unit capable of tending to a line of multiple CNC machines or welding structural steel components exceeding 5 meters in length. The track is constructed from heavy-duty structural steel modules, internally reinforced and precision-machined to ensure perfectly linear travel. It utilizes high-precision linear guides and a robust rack-and-pinion transmission system driven by an AC servo motor. The drive system is fully integrated into the Borunte HC controller as a native 7th axis enabling perfectly synchronized motion where the robot arm can move while the base is in transit. The system includes a high-capacity industrial drag chain to protect the robot's power, signal, and air lines over the entire 6-meter travel length.
