Product Overview
The BRTFJ02H2200 is a specialized electrical control expansion cabinet supporting additional motion axes for industrial robots. Featuring support for up to three external axes and motors from 50W to 2.9KW, it provides plug-and-play synchronization for linear rails and rotary positioners.
The Borunte BRTFJ02H2200 represents the essential expansion hardware for complex multi-axis automated workstations. While standard industrial robots have six axes of motion, many high-productivity scenarios require a 7th, 8th, or 9th axis such as a walking rail, a rotating part positioner, or an automated conveyor sync. The BRTFJ02H2200 provides the necessary electrical infrastructure and servo-drive bank to manage these additional motors. Engineered for high flexibility, this cabinet supports a wide range of AC servo motors from 50W micro-actuators up to powerful 2.9KW drives. It is designed to be fully plug-and-play when paired with Borunte 380V or 220V main electrical control cabinets, ensuring that the additional axes are recognized as native motion joints by the robot's central processor. The internal architecture uses high-grade industrial components to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and stable power distribution. The cabinet includes dedicated safety I/O and feedback loops for every axis ensuring that an emergency stop on the robot also halts all external motion instantly. LVH Systems sources the BRTFJ02H2200 for integrators building specialized workstations for welding, large-scale assembly, and multi-machine tending. Available for sourcing through LVH Systems global procurement network.
