The ROKAE xMate CR12-20/1.4 is a specialized variant of the collaborative series engineered to provide an optimal ratio of reach to lifting power for high-density production environments. Featuring 20kg payload capacity on the streamlined 1.4-meter CR12 frame, this robot is specifically designed for high-inertia handling where agility is just as important as strength. This configuration utilizes reinforced gear reducers and higher-torque joint motors allowing the robot to move heavy part arrays or large end-of-arm tooling without sacrificing its plus or minus 0.03mm repeatability. The 7-axis architecture remains the core of its dexterity allowing the arm to reach around obstacles and maintain Tool Center Point precision in cramped machine tending workcells.
