Product Overview
The EFORT ERBD-1100 is a high-speed parallel Delta robot featuring 1100mm working diameter and 3kg payload. Optimized for rapid-fire pick-and-place, sorting, and packaging, it provides the elite acceleration needed for the food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries.
The EFORT ERBD-1100 Parallel Robot is the high-velocity solution for lightweight material handling. Known commonly as a Spider Robot, this Delta-style system is designed for overhead mounting on specialized frames allowing it to pick items from moving conveyors at extreme speeds. Featuring an 1100mm working radius and 3kg payload capacity, it provides the reach and strength required for high-volume secondary packaging and kit assembly. The mechanical structure utilizes carbon fiber parallel arms and high-precision ball joints to minimize moving mass and inertia. This allows the ERBD-1100 to achieve pick-and-place rates often exceeding 100 cycles per minute depending on the stroke. The system maintains repeatability of plus or minus 0.1mm ensuring parts are placed accurately into trays or cartons every time. Driven by the high-speed EFORT parallel control system, the robot supports advanced Pick-on-the-Fly routines and multi-robot conveyor tracking when paired with vision sensors and encoders. LVH Systems sources the ERBD-1100 for manufacturers in the food, beverage, and medical sectors providing specialized support for frame design, vision system integration, and selection of high-speed vacuum generators. Available for sourcing through LVH Systems global procurement network.
