Product Overview
LA series precision linear actuator with ball screw. Positioning accuracy better than 2 microns. Repeatability plus minus 0.1 micron per 1mm stroke. Max thrust force 49N. Resolution 0.0174 micron. Stroke 10mm and 30mm. DC servo motor or stepper motor. Ideal for measuring instruments optical equipment and semiconductor manufacturing.
The LA is a fully integrated rotary actuator combining servo motor, harmonic gear reducer, encoders, servo electronics, and compact mechanical packaging in a single assembly.
