Product Overview
LBC series precision linear servo actuator available in 2 models. LBC-25A-5D6K with maximum thrust force 6000N and 0.32 micron resolution. LBC-25A-5D12K with maximum thrust force 12000N and 0.16 micron resolution. 50mm stroke. Repeatability plus minus 5 micron. Self locking. AC servo motor drive. Mass 12.5 kg.
The LBC is a fully integrated rotary actuator combining servo motor, harmonic gear reducer, encoders, servo electronics, and compact mechanical packaging in a single assembly.
Precision Linear Motion
Harmonic Drive linear actuators use precision ball screw mechanisms to convert rotary servo motor output into controlled linear motion. High resolution, low lost motion, and compact form factors make them suited for precision instrumentation and automation applications.
Sub-micron Resolution
Precision ball screw delivers high linear resolution for demanding measurement and positioning.
High Accuracy
Positioning accuracy to sub-4-micron level depending on model selection.
Low Lost Motion
Minimal backlash and low lost motion for precise bidirectional positioning.
Self-Locking Option
High thrust LBC series provides self-locking to maintain position without servo power.
Servo Motor Drive
DC servo or stepper motor variants available for flexible system integration.
Compact Design
Compact actuator housings suited for integration in precision instruments and machines.
Typical Applications
The LBC suits measuring instruments, test and inspection systems, optical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, LCD manufacturing, precision laboratory automation, and industrial clamping and pressing applications.
