The Unitree B2 is an ultra-robust industrial-grade quadruped robot designed for the most challenging environments. Featuring IP67 waterproofing, 40kg dynamic payload, and over 5 hours of battery life, it is the primary tool for power station inspection and search and rescue.
The Unitree B2 represents the heavy-duty industrial tier of legged robotics. Built to survive and operate where standard wheels and humans cannot go, the B2 is the workhorse of the Unitree family. It features a fully sealed mechanical structure with IP67 rating meaning it can operate in heavy rain, muddy terrains, and even wading through water. The B2 is powered by high-output industrial servo motors that provide enough torque to carry a sustained dynamic payload of 40kg making it capable of transporting heavy sensor arrays, emergency supplies, or industrial tools. A critical technical highlight is its power management system providing over 5 hours of runtime on a single charge unloaded and over 4 hours with a 20kg load. Its navigation system is a multi-sensor fusion of 3D LiDAR, depth cameras, and high-precision IMUs allowing it to navigate rubble, stairs, and slippery metal surfaces with extreme stability. The B2 also features a high-speed variant capable of 6m/s allowing it to cover large factory grounds rapidly.
