Product Overview

HPG-U1 same high performance as HPG series but with shaft input. 6 frame sizes 11 to 65mm. Peak torque 5 to 3200 Nm. Ratios 3 to 50. Backlash less than 3 arc-min.

The HPG-U1 is a fully integrated rotary actuator combining servo motor, harmonic gear reducer, encoders, servo electronics, and compact mechanical packaging in a single assembly.

Servo Mount Gearhead Architecture

Harmonic Planetary and Harmonic Drive gearheads mount directly to standard servo motors using a flange or shaft input interface. The Quick Connect coupling system allows motor exchange without realignment. The cross roller output bearing provides direct load support.
