Servo mount gearheads use Harmonic Planetary or Harmonic Drive gear technology with a direct servo motor flange mount. The Quick Connect coupling system allows rapid motor exchange without realignment tools.

HPN Series Harmonic Planetary Gearbox
The HPN Series Harmonic Planetary gearbox is a precision servo mount gearhead offering low backlash below 3 arc-min and high torsional stiffness. Available in inline HPN-A and HPN-L configurations as well as right angle HPN-RA. Frame sizes 11 through 90mm with ratios 3:1 to 100:1.

HPGP High Torque Planetary Gearbox with Cross Roller Bearing
The HPGP uses four planet gears for high torque and accuracy in compact package with continuous backlash compensation ensuring low backlash throughout gear life. Large cross roller output bearing directly supports loads with high moment stiffness. Available in 6 frame sizes ratios 4:1 to 45:1 peak torque 12 to 3940 Nm backlash less than 3 arc-min repeatability plus minus 20 arc-sec. Optional less than 1 arc-min backlash available.
