Product Overview
The RKF series is a compact servo actuator combining a zero backlash Harmonic Drive gear with an AC servo motor and flange output. Available in 3 sizes 20 25 and 32 with gear ratios 50 and 100. Rated torque 19 to 98 Nm. Max momentary torque up to 330 Nm. Accuracy 90 arc-sec. Mass 2.9 to 9.5 kg. Compatible with RTL REL and HA series drives.
The RKF is a fully integrated rotary actuator combining servo motor, harmonic gear reducer, encoders, servo electronics, and compact mechanical packaging in a single assembly.
Rotary Actuator Architecture
Harmonic Drive rotary actuators integrate a precision strain wave gear with a brushless servo motor in a compact assembly. The hollow shaft design allows cables, pneumatic lines, or laser beams to pass directly through the axis of rotation.
