CSF-2XH Miniature Harmonic Drive Gear Unit
The CSF-2XH miniature gear unit is designed to couple directly to any servomotor with the motor shaft attached directly to the gearhead input element. Available in 4 sizes from 5 to 14mm with gear ratios 30 to 100 and momentary peak torque from 0.9 to 54 Nm. Offered with flange output F or shaft output J. Outer diameter 22mm to 53mm.
CSF-1U-CC Miniature Harmonic Drive Gear Unit
The CSF-1U-CC miniature gear units are designed to be mounted to a motor with the use of an adapter plate. Available in square body configuration with shaft or flange output. Frame sizes 3 to 14mm with outer diameter 13mm to 52mm and mass 11.4g to 335g. Gear ratios 30 to 100 with momentary peak torque 0.22 to 54 Nm.
CSF-1U-CC-F Miniature Harmonic Drive Gear Unit Flange Output
The CSF-1U-CC-F miniature gear unit features a flange output and is designed for motor mounting via an adapter plate. Available in frame sizes 5 to 14mm with outer diameter 21mm to 52mm and mass 25g to 295g. Gear ratios 30 to 100 with momentary peak torque 0.9 to 54 Nm.
CSF-1U Miniature Harmonic Drive Gear Unit with Input and Output Shaft
The CSF-1U miniature gear unit features both an input and output shaft making it easy to use. Available in five sizes from 3 to 14mm with outer diameter 20mm to 50mm and four reduction ratios 30 to 100. Peak torque ranges from 0.22 Nm at size 3 up to 54 Nm at size 14.
CSF-2UP Ultra Flat Miniature Harmonic Drive Gear Unit
The CSF-2UP is the newest ultra flat model in the CSF mini series. Featuring a cross roller bearing at the output flange for high moment stiffness. Available in sizes 8, 11, and 14mm with ratios 30 to 100 and momentary peak torque from 3.3 to 54 Nm. Ideal for small robots requiring ultra-compact solutions.
CSF-1U-F Miniature Harmonic Drive Gear Unit Flange Output Shaft Input
The CSF-1U-F gear unit features flange output with shaft input. The 1U-F designation indicates gear unit with flange output and shaft input. Available in four sizes from 5 to 14mm with outline dimensions 20mm to 51mm and reduction ratios 30 to 100. Peak torque 0.9 to 54 Nm.
CSG-2UH High Torque Zero Backlash Gear Unit
The CSG-2UH is a high torque housed component gear set combined with a precision cross roller output bearing and output flange. CSG-2UH-LW Lightweight High Torque Zero Backlash Gear Unit
The CSG-2UH-LW is the lightweight variant of the CSG-2UH high torque gear unit. LW indicates lightweight with 30 percent average lower weight than the standard series. Same high torque performance with precision cross roller output bearing. Available in 10 sizes with ratios 50:1 to 160:1 and repeated peak torque from 23 to 3419 Nm.
CSF-2UH Standard Torque Zero Backlash Gear Unit
The CSF-2UH is a housed component gear set combined with a precision cross roller output bearing and flange. Available in 10 sizes from 14 to 65mm with ratios 30:1 to 160:1 and repeated peak torque from 9 to 2630 Nm. For high torque applications the CSG-2UH is also available. A lightweight version CSF-2UH-LW is offered for weight critical applications.
CSF-2UH-LW Lightweight Standard Torque Zero Backlash Gear Unit
The CSF-2UH-LW is the lightweight variant of the CSF-2UH standard torque gear unit. LW indicates lightweight with 30 percent average lower weight than the standard series. Available in 10 sizes with ratios 30:1 to 160:1. Same standard torque performance as CSF-2UH with peak torque 9 to 2600 Nm. For high torque see CSG-2UH-LW.
CSD-2UH Ultra Flat Zero Backlash Gear Unit
The CSD-2UH is a compact ultra-flat housed gear unit with zero backlash. Available in 7 sizes from 14 to 50mm with gear ratios 50:1 to 100:1. High load capacity cross roller bearing. Lighter weight than CSF or CSG series. Repeated peak torque from 12 to 686 Nm and momentary peak torque up to 1440 Nm.
CSD-2UF Ultra Flat Hollow Through Bore Zero Backlash Gear Unit
The CSD-2UF is an ultra thin and compact housed gear unit with a hollow through bore. Available in 6 sizes from 14 to 40mm with ratios 50:1 to 100:1. Zero backlash high load capacity lightweight ultra flat with hollow shaft construction. Repeated peak torque 12 to 398 Nm and momentary peak torque up to 700 Nm.
CSG-2UK High Torque Fully Sealed Gear Reducer
The CSG-2UK is a high torque fully sealed gear reducer for machine tool applications. Compatible with Fanuc motors. 6 sizes 25-65mm with ratios 50:1 to 160:1. Repeated peak torque 127 to 3419 Nm.
SHG-2UJ High Torque Silk Hat Zero Backlash Gear Unit

The SHF-2UJ is a standard torque housed silk hat gear unit. 9 sizes 14-58mm ratios 30:1 to 160:1. Repeated peak torque 9 to 1840 Nm. Higher moment stiffness than CSF-2UH.
CSF-2UH-ULW Ultra Light Weight Zero Backlash Gear Unit
The CSF-2UH-ULW introduces ultra light weight construction with hybrid materials design. Available in 4 sizes from 8 to 20mm with ratios 30:1 to 160:1. Maintains same performance as CSF-2UH series. Zero backlash compact design with 4-point output bearing. Repeated peak torque 1.8 to 92 Nm.
