FD-2 Pancake Differential Gear Component Set
The FD-2 is an extremely compact pancake differential component set consisting of four parts: wave generator, flexspline, circular spline, and dynamic spline. Available in sizes 20 through 100mm with reduction ratios from 78 to 320.
FB-2 Pancake Component Gear Set
The FB-2 is a cup type pancake component set without the bottom of the cup. It offers high ratio in-line mechanical power transmissions in extremely compact configurations. Available in sizes 14 through 50 with ratios from 50 to 160.
FR-2 Heavy Duty Pancake Component Gear Set
The FR-2 is the heavy duty version of the FB-2 pancake component gear set. It uses a double wave generator bearing for higher torque capacity. Available in sizes 14 through 100mm with ratios from 50 to 320 and momentary peak torque up to 12,440 Nm.
SHF-2A Silk Hat Component Set
The SHF-2A is a zero backlash silk hat type component gear set with a brim-like mounting surface and large through hole. Available in 10 sizes from 14 to 58mm with ratios 30:1 to 160:1 delivering 9 to 3430 Nm peak torque.
SHG-2A High Torque Silk Hat Component Set
The SHG-2A is the high torque version of the SHF-2A silk hat component gear set. Available in 10 sizes from 14 to 65mm with reduction ratios 50:1 to 160:1, the SHG offers peak torques from 23 to 6,175 Nm. Made up of just 3 simple parts for direct machine integration.
